Dylan O’Neill honored as a 2020 NFF Scholar Athlete
Scholar-athletes representing football-playing high schools in the Baltimore metropolitan area were selected by their respective schools primarily for their ability on the football field and in the classroom. Other factors taken into consideration include extracurricular activities, leadership, and community activities.
Congratulations to Senior QB/FS Dylan O’Neill on his recent selection as South Carroll’s 2020 National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete. Dylan is a member of the National Honor Society, and has contributed greatly as a three-sport athlete and leader on the football field, the basketball court and the lacrosse field in his time at South Carroll.
The Greater Baltimore Chapter of the NFF’s mission is to help student-athletes take responsibility for their futures through lessons learned on the playing field, in the classroom and in service to others.
Since it was founded in 1961, the Baltimore Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame represents amateur football in Baltimore and the surrounding counties of Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick, Harford and Howard.
